SAINT ELIZABETH ANN SETON SCHOOL PRINCIPAL ADVERTISEMENT

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton School is seeking a dynamic, Christ-centered leader to serve as Principal beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to student achievement, staff advancement, school advancement and an appreciation for the traditions and teachings of the Catholic Church.

Required qualifications:

  • Practicing Catholic

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

  • Teaching or classroom experience at the elementary grade level

  • School administrative certification or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience

Desired qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities

  • Possesses a strong understanding of child development

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders, including the Pastor, faculty, school and parish staff, school families, and school advisory board to ensure the mission of the parish and school are fulfilled
